Corporate AI Training · Speaking · Growth Consulting
Ten years producing live events taught me what most AI training misses. A room full of people either follows you or does not. I build training that works the same way, grounded in implementation rather than theory.
What I do
Most of my clients start with one of these and grow into the others. All three draw on the same thing: fifteen years of getting something to actually happen in a room, on a stage, or in a business.
HRDC claimable programmes for teams that need to use AI in their actual workflow, not admire it in a slide deck. Delivered on site or hybrid, with sector-specific tracks including oil and gas.
Keynotes, panels and corporate sessions on applied AI, brand visibility and how businesses get found in 2026. Seven years directing content and stages means I know what a room needs before it knows.
Advisory for organisations that have built something real and remain invisible. Positioning, content systems, lead capture and the reporting trail that proves it worked.
Programmes
Each one is scoped to the organisation before it runs. Content, examples and exercises are rebuilt around your workflow rather than delivered from a shelf.
The flagship. Where AI actually fits in your operation, which roles change, which do not, and how to move a whole team past the pilot stage.
Practical Copilot adoption inside the tools your people already open every morning. Built around your documents and your reporting cycle.
Choosing it, setting it up, and getting a sales team to use it. The follow-through step most CRM rollouts skip.
Versions built for a specific industry context, including oil and gas, where compliance and field realities shape what a tool is allowed to do.
About
The short version: I spent a decade making sure large, expensive, unrepeatable days went the way somebody pictured them. Then I spent five years learning how AI changes the work underneath that. Now I teach both.
The longer version starts on site. Over a hundred productions across Malaysia, more than RM5 million in budgets, over a thousand talents sourced and scheduled. Property launches, brand activations, roadshows, carnivals. Work where the deadline is a physical event and there is no version where it slips.
That background is why my training does not sound like a webinar. When I talk to a team about adopting a new system, I am thinking about the same thing I thought about on a build day: who has to do something differently tomorrow morning, and what will stop them.
I hold HRDC Train-the-Trainer certification and IBM AI for HR certification, work as a GloCoach consultant, and am one of fourteen contributing authors in Start Over, the bestselling anthology led by Marco Robinson. I am based on Jalan Kuching in Kuala Lumpur and work across Malaysia and the wider region.
